“Lean Production” is the guideline that inspires all the processes and activities. A lean production, that is focused only on the satisfaction of the customer. Everything is concentrated in the expectations that the customer puts in our way of working. The elimination of “Muda” (waste) from the process, is one of the means to speed up and make “lean” every operation in our company.
The production cycle extremely flowing, consists of cluster working stations to which every customer is assigned. All the information and working requirements acquire preferential ways with interlocutors who take specifically care of the customer.
